R.C. Brown is a native of Richmond, Virginia, a Human Resources professional, Certified Life Coach, and 2X author. With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and workforce development, she is passionate about helping others overcome barriers, discover their purpose, and reach their full potential.
A believer in growth, resilience, and the power of second chances, R.C. brings those same themes to her writing. Her story is a candid exploration of what happens when love finds its way back into your life and whether you have grown enough to receive it differently the second time around.
She is also the Founder and Executive Director of Pathway to Purpose, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young adults as they transition into adulthood.
